Convenient but some room issues

The location was perfect for visiting Six Flags, and the staff was accommodating during check-in. The hot water in the shower was also a nice perk after a long day.

Unfortunately, there were issues with the room's plug outlets that didn't hold well. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable, which affected my sleep.

The hotel was located so close to the lake and Castaic and the mountains.

All in all everything was good, had a great stay for the price. The room was new-fashioned and cozy with an exceptionally comfortable bed and with a nice breakfast. Location: the hotel was near to the park, the lake and Magic Mountain. The restaurant had hot food...

Liked everything!

The folks at the front desk were as nice as pie, and we loved how clean our room was. After a long day at Six Flags, that hot shower seemed like heaven! Coulda used a lil' more breakfast options, though-some yogurt woulda been nice. The air conditioning could get a bit loud, but it did the job.

The location was great, & easy to access.

The toilet had feces splatter & stains. The "continental breakfast" choices were cheerios with no milk, or a waffle. Not a single piece of fruit, no yogurt, toast, bagels no juices, nothing.

Desk clerk sweet, clean

Toilet wobbled, making lots of noise. Damp smell in room. Breakfast ends to early.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, but the desk chair was too tall for the table.

It was close to Magic Mountain and had decent room rates. There was plenty of parking too.

We arrived 30 minutes early and they charged us $50 to put an ice chest in the room so we could go to the amusement park. Turned out it wasn't even ready as they said it was, but they still took my $50. Also had to get a plunger from the manager for the clogged toilet.

In my room my air conditioner was broken and my faucet knob for my shower wouldn't turn off and on easily it was broken. I don't feel my room was wroth the price I payed. Wouldn't recommend it to my family and friends.

My room could have been in a lot better shape carpets were dirty shower knob wouldn't work the cover for the air conditioner was broken.

This hotel is an absolute travesty! I found my room filthy. There were wasps ALL around, and I expected at least a kind gesture after that horror. The staff seemed annoyed with my requests. I almost thought of giving a good review, but the broken TV was just too much for me.

Available when by the coast couldnt get a room anywhere that Day , once there, happy with acomodations and restaurant next to it, had a good dinner rest and off to Monterrey Bay !!!

$100.00 deposit on credit card after paying ahead for the night, no reason for it. I feel if someone leaves damage management can always charge C.C. Having PHOTO ID and persons Address already when checking in

The rooms were nice and reasonably comfortable. I like the Hot tub next to the pool! I got an internet special price which made it a good deal. I won't pay the normal asking price though

They offered a continental breakfast, but even still the options were limited.

The room wassuper clean and cozy with a refrigerator and microwave for our snacks. The strong hot water in the shower was a relief after a long day at Six Flags, and we appreciated having free WiFi throughout our stay.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy.
